🌿 If life feels overwhelming right now, whether that shows up as anxiety, big emotions, stress, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin to feel steadier again.
I’ve spent over a decade supporting children, youth, adults, and families, blending evidence-based therapy with a nervous-system-informed, whole-person approach. My background includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor, training in Child and Youth Care through Toronto Metropolitan University and Fanshawe College, and an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University. This mix of clinical and leadership training allows me to support both the person in front of me and the bigger picture, combining compassionate care with practical, sustainable change.

Whether we’re meeting in the therapy room or outdoors through walk-and-talk sessions, my hope is that you feel supported in reconnecting with yourself and moving forward with greater calm and clarity.
